Make a booking

Manage your Booking's

Inspired Day Care Services offers the following services that can be booked online: Hydropool with optional Poolsider, Sensory Room with optional Interactive Sensory Room, and Immersive room.

Hydropool:

  • 60 minutes: £55 (up to 8 members maximum)
  • 90 minutes: £82.50 (up to 8 members maximum)

Poolsider (must be booked with Hydropool):

  • 60 minutes: £12
  • 90 minutes: £18

Sensory Room:

  • 60 minutes: £55 (up to 5 members maximum)

Sensory Room with optional Interactive Sensory Room:

  • 60 minutes: £55 + £15 (up to 3 members maximum)

Immersive room:

  • 60 minutes: £55 (up to 3 members maximum)

Our hours of operation are as follows:

  • Hydropool: 8am-8pm
  • Sensory Room: 10am-8pm
  • Immersive room: 10am-8pm

To book a service, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the booking page by clicking any “Make a booking” button.
  2. Click on the service you want to book.
  3. Choose the duration of the booking.
  4. Select any additional services, if desired.
  5. Enter the number of members.
  6. Choose the date and time slot you wish to book.
  7. Create an account and provide your customer information.
  8. Enter any comments or special requirements.
  9. Enter your payment information (note that payment is not yet made).
  10. Review and submit your booking summary.

You can manage your bookings and make further bookings from your dashboard after logging in. To cancel a booking, you must call us at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Your card information is secure as it is not stored on our servers and is processed through Stripe, a trusted payment gateway provider.

To complete any necessary paperwork, you can download, print, fill out, and bring the forms to your appointment. These forms can also be mailed to you upon request. If you have any other questions or concerns, you can contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 01302 245411.
