We have long handled paint brushes, large grip colouring/ drawing equipment and easy accessible adjustable tilting art tables which provide art therapy to help clients tap into their inner thoughts, feelings and experiences through creative expression. Clients are encouraged to express themselves to communicate about the images and to begin to look to themselves for meaning and insight. Promoting self actualisation, well-being and self worth through their creations, increasing self-awareness and decreasing stress and anxiety. Art therapy can involve a variety of creative expression including drawing, painting, colouring, or sculpting, to name a few. Through this we help reduce pain, decrease symptoms of stress and aim to improve quality of life for our clients.
